In this role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our fitness community by engaging with prospective members and guiding them through their health and wellness journey. Your enthusiasm for fitness, combined with your exceptional sales skills, will help inspire others to achieve their goals while contributing to the growth of our facility. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise within a vibrant, health-focused environment. Responsibilities Actively engage with potential clients through outside sales initiatives, including cold calling and territory management, to generate new membership leads and business opportunities. Conduct compelling product demos and personalized consultations to showcase our fitness offerings, services, and programs. Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospects and existing members through effective account management and customer service. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage client information, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. Identify upselling opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that enhance their experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted campaigns that increase lead generation and brand awareness in designated territories. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience through negotiation and follow-up. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales with a focus on business development or territory management. Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct engaging product demos and negotiate effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for lead tracking and analysis. Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies within a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to building long-term relationships. Ability to analyze sales data, identify opportunities for upselling, and manage multiple accounts efficiently. Prior experience in technology sales or management roles is a plus but not required.
