Sales Representative (Window Sales) ClearView windows Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team specializing in window sales. This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys closing deals, and wants high earning potential based on performance. You will work directly with homeowners to present window solutions, provide product information, and guide customers through the buying process from initial consultation to final sale. Compensation This position is 35% commission per completed sale . That means you earn 35% of the total value of each sale you personally close . The more you sell, the more you make—there is no cap on earnings. This structure is designed to reward performance and give top performers the ability to earn significantly above average income. Responsibilities Meet with potential customers and present window solutions Explain product benefits, pricing, and installation process Build trust and answer customer questions clearly and professionally Follow up with leads and close sales Maintain a strong customer-first approach throughout the sales process Requirements Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-driven Comfortable working on a commission-based structure Sales experience preferred but not required (training provided for the right candidate) Reliable form of transportation What We Offer High commission structure (35% per sale) Flexible schedule Training and support provided Unlimited earning potential based on performance Opportunity to grow within the sales team
