Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive growth and expand our customer base through dynamic face-to-face engagement. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, connecting with potential clients in various settings to promote our innovative solutions. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help build lasting relationships, increase sales opportunities, and contribute to the company's overall success. Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through door-to-door visits, community events, and networking opportunities to generate new sales leads. Present and demonstrate products or services clearly and confidently, highlighting benefits tailored to customer needs. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, follow up on leads, and manage customer information effectively. Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions. Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that enhance outreach efforts across diverse markets. Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, especially in energy or solar sales, to provide technical insights during customer interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong background in marketing strategies and lead generation techniques. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing sales pipelines. Knowledge of solar energy products or energy solutions is a plus; technical sales experience is preferred. Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service capabilities. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a fast-paced environment.
