POSITION SUMMARY

Champion Industrial Contractors, Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Industrial Fabrication Sales Representative to grow our industrial customer base and promote our fabrication, piping, sheet metal, and mechanical solutions throughout the Central Valley. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, identifying new industrial opportunities, and working closely with estimating, project management, and fabrication teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and maintain relationships — industrial facilities, plants, contractors, and maintenance teams across the Central Valley Identify new business opportunities — for industrial fabrication, piping, sheet metal, and mechanical projects Generate leads — through cold calling, networking, site visits, and customer referrals Meet with customers — to review project needs, timelines, and scope requirements Coordinate with estimating and operations teams — to prepare competitive bids and proposals Follow up on open quotes — and assist in closing sales opportunities Maintain customer activity and pipeline tracking — in CRM software Attend job walks, customer meetings, and industry events Support long-term customer growth — through strong communication and responsive service Work with operations teams — to ensure customer satisfaction throughout project completion

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous outside sales experience preferred — ideally in industrial, mechanical, fabrication, HVAC, piping, or construction industries Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to read plans and specifications is a plus Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable working in both office and field environments Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
