Full Job Description Client Overview:
Our client is a distinguished luxury fashion house, specializing in high-end luxury ready-to-wear apparel. The company is renowned for blending industry and craftsmanship. The brand emphasizes manual skills, craftsmanship, and exclusivity, reflecting a humanistic philosophy and a commitment to creativity and quality throughout the production process. They are currently looking to add a Client Advisor to their team.Salary/Hourly Rate:
$28/hr - $32/hr, plus commissionPosition Overview:
Client Advisors are essential to delivering exceptional customer experience and supporting the Store Manager in meeting sales and operational goals. They act as brand ambassadors, embodying the company's philosophy and aesthetic, and play a key role in building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities of theClient Advisor:
Deliver industry-leading customer service to build guest loyalty through an exceptional in-store experience. Maximize selling opportunities to meet and exceed individual sales targets, leveraging client books to convert one-time shoppers into long-term clients. Proactively resolve customer service issues with best-in-class solutions. Continuously demonstrate product knowledge and use company resources to deepen understanding of the product assortment. Stay informed about current marketing and promotional activities. Represent the brand's aesthetic and philosophy as a brand ambassador. Support operational tasks such as store opening/closing, cash handling, inventory management, and other duties as assigned by Store Leadership. Partner with the Store Manager to maintain inventory levels and prevent shrinkage. Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld throughout the day and assist with floor sets and moves as needed. Apply business acumen in relation to store operations, product assortment, and business opportunities. Build effective working relationships with colleagues across stores and corporate partners. Demonstrate reliability, integrity, and adherence to company policies. Foster teamwork, celebrate accomplishments, and share credit with others. Seek feedback for performance improvement and growth opportunities. Required Experience/Skills for theClient Advisor:
Strong affinity for the brand's philosophy and values. 2 - 5 years of experience in elevated retail or hospitality environments. Exceptional customer service and networking skills with the ability to develop client relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance. Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.Education Requirements:
High school diploma is required.Benefits:
