Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging Prepare quotations and assist customers with orders Follow up with existing and potential clients Build long-term relationships with print shops and business clients Coordinate with production team regarding turnaround times and order status Maintain customer records in CRM system Help grow nationwide B2B accounts Qualifications Preferred experience in one or more of the following industries: Printing Sign shop Graphic production Packaging Trade show graphics B2B sales

Requirements:
