1+ years About the Opportunity Talento has partnered with an industry leader in supply chain solutions looking for a Sales Development Rep responsible for researching and identifying potential customers. The SDR will identify sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails. They will focus on researching prospective companies, identifying leads within these accounts, contacting these leads and qualifying them for the sales team. This role is responsible for understanding customer requirements and matching them to the company's core solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop understanding of the company's product portfolio and services to pitch to prospective leads Source new sales opportunities with potential customers via phone, email, social media, web tools and inbound leads Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and challenges and schedule qualified leads and appointments in Salesforce Achieve weekly and monthly targets for leads and appointments Collaborate with marketing to develop content/resources to nurture leads and execute outreach campaigns Utilize Salesforce to track and manage lead pipeline and maintain accurate activity records Develop reports to track outreach activities, lead conversion rates and sales pipeline status Analyze data to identify high-potential leads and optimize outreach strategies Provide ongoing customer feedback to internal teams to improve lead generation strategies and sales processes Continuously update and refine outreach scripts and email templates based on customer interactions Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay informed about market developments Keep abreast of new sales tools and technologies in the market to enhance productivity and efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree required in business or related field Ability to prospect and make cold calls Excellent communication and selling skills Highly motivated and target driven Strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills Familiarity with prospecting tools such as Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Pipedrive etc. Familiarity with CRM practices (Salesforce) and able to build productive business professional relationships Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willingness to travel; this position requires 20% travel for sales meetings and trade shows/events ???????
Base Salary:
