The property is also home to the Estate House, a luxury 5-bedroom private rental home, a standout feature that gives wedding parties and guests a beautiful place to stay, get ready, and celebrate together. We're hiring a full-time Event Sales & Coordination Specialist to lead venue tours, convert inquiries into bookings, manage Estate House rental bookings tied to weddings, and serve as a warm, knowledgeable point of contact for our couples from first hello through their wedding day. This role blends office work, sales, coordination, and client care. You'll be trained to be the first impression for prospective clients, the person who turns a tour into a signed contract, the hands-on lead for Estate House rental management, and the on-site coordinator for our weddings. You'll also support tours and sales at our sister property, Hummingbird Nest Ranch. This is an exciting and deeply fulfilling position, you'll play a major part in one of the most meaningful days in a couple's life and be there for them and their families along the way. What You'll Do Manage Estate House rental bookings connected to weddings, including guest communication, scheduling, and hands-on coordination of the rental experience Conduct in-person venue tours for prospective couples, families, and event clients throughout the week and on weekends, including tours of the wedding venue and Estate House Walk clients through pricing, packages, availability, and contract terms Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally (email, phone, web inquiries) and answer ongoing questions from booked clients Follow up with warm leads and nurture them through the booking decision Build and manage proposals, contracts, invoices, and calendar availability in our CRM, keeping lead notes, booking details, and pipeline status accurate and up to date Handle additional administrative work, including payment processing, reporting, and data entry Coordinate day-of wedding operations, working alongside our vendors and operations team Support tours at our sister property, Hummingbird Nest Ranch Represent the venue at bridal shows and industry events What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish preferred 2+ years in sales, hospitality, catering, events, or a client-facing role where you closed business Confident, warm communicator who reads the room and builds genuine rapport quickly Comfortable in emotionally significant client moments (first tours, walk-throughs, day-of details) Comfortable working across different software systems (Microsoft Office, CRMs, scheduling tools) and able to pick up new ones quickly Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and managing a full pipeline Familiarity with the wedding or events industry is a plus, but not required Pay (hourly pay based on experience) Schedule Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Sunday. Responsibilities are spread across all days and include venue tours, lead follow-up, Estate House coordination and management, calendar and availability management in our CRM, administrative and computer-based work, and wedding-day support. Availability to respond to questions from booked and prospective clients throughout the week is also expected. Location On-site at Rancho de las Palmas, Moorpark, CA. Occasional travel to our sister property, Hummingbird Nest Ranch in Santa Susana (East Simi Valley, about 15 minutes away). This is not a remote role.

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
