Worldwide Sales Leader
Engage and influence high-level leaders at top partners (HP, HPE), shaping strategy, priorities, and joint outcomes. Manager of managers leadership (M2):
Lead and develop a team of regional sales leaders, driving alignment, capability, and execution discipline across geographies. Matrixed leadership at scale:
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across product, marketing, finance, and field to deliver aligned execution without direct authority. Ecosystem-driven growth strategy:
Operateacross a multi-layered partner ecosystem, balancing Microsoft priorities with partner economics and go-to-market dynamics. AI and platform transition leadership:
Drive adoption of next-generation solutions includingWindows as thecanvas for AI, Copilot+PCs, and cloud-connected experiences. Peopleleadership and talent development:
Build and lead a high-performing regional team, strengthening capability,bench talent,accountability,&execution discipline. Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 8+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry (or related experience) OR equivalent experience. 2+ years people management experience. - Partner Development serves as the senior-most sales and business leader for the HP (Hewlett-Packard) and HPE (Hewlett Packard Enterprise) partnerships globally, with full accountability for business performance and partnership impact.

- The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,000
- $222,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300
- $239,800 per year.
