During peak fair season, you'll travel to multiple county and state fairs, set up and break down our booth, and represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and authentic Aloha spirit. The role blends retail sales, customer education, and event operations in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Key Responsibilities Travel to assigned county fairs, state fairs, and regional events throughout the season. Set up, merchandise, and maintain an attractive, organized booth that reflects our Hawaiian brand identity. Engage customers with product knowledge, cultural storytelling, and personalized recommendations. Build rapport with fair attendees and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience. Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service. Tear down booth displays efficiently and prepare merchandise for transport to the next location. Qualifications Experience in sales, retail, events, or customer‑facing roles preferred. Comfortable with extensive seasonal travel (up to 100% during fair season). Ability to lift and transport booth equipment and merchandise (up to 40 lbs.) Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to work long days, weekends, and holidays during peak fair periods. Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently at event locations. Appreciation for Hawaiian culture and jewelry craftsmanship is a Plus. What We Offer Seasonal pay with commission (DOE). Travel stipend or reimbursement for mileage, lodging, and event‑related expenses. Training on products, brand story, booth setup, and sales techniques. A fun, dynamic work environment with the chance to return each season.
Pay:
$3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Will you be able to reliably travel to various county fairs and state fairs' locations throughout the season? Comfortable with extensive seasonal travel? Are you able to lift up to 30 lbs and work long fair‑day hours?
