We value adaptability, teamwork, and going the extra mile to make every event a success. We are searching for an enthusiastic and highly organized, full-time Catering Sales Specialist . The ideal candidate is passionate about food, enjoys interacting with customers, and ready for any task that comes at hand! Driving is an essential part of this role, DMV background checks required!

Key Responsibilities:

• Office/Admin Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, in-person and email Track sales activity, maintain accurate records, and contribute to monthly revenue goals Perform all tasks in the CaterEase and Homesome program to execute an order Guiding our clients through our online menus
• providing recommendations, pairings, detailed knowledge on platters, etc. Manage/coordinate all event details with the kitchen team to ensure flawless execution Process Parking-Lot-Pickup (PLP) orders, assist with pick-ups, process payments
• Delivery Driver Complete deliveries
• load and unload catering equipment from vehicles, deliver/collect food and drinks, set up platters at client drop-off, as instructed Responsible for pumping gas, upkeep of the vans
• Additional Duties Assist our catering production team by arranging platters, when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times—abiding company policies and health and safety regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can handle any situation with comfort and ease Assist in all other areas, as necessary

Qualities Needed:

This position requires extreme accuracy, in a fast paced and often distracting environment! Self-starter, someone who takes initiative Excellent customer service skills, personable Strong understanding of food and product knowledge Comfortable making judgment calls in response to various situations Enjoy working in a close-knit team, but able to solve problems on your own Punctuality, strong multitasking skills

Requirements:

Must be computer savvy, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based apps Must have a valid driver's license and a spotless driving record. Deliveries are a daily part of this job! Ability to lift up to 30 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen production environment
