As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle buying process, building relationships, and helping match each customer with the right vehicle to fit their needs. Respond to customers quickly through phone calls, texts, email, and online leads. Set appointments and follow up consistently to maximize show rate and sales performance. Build relationships and create customers for life through a transparent, respectful sales process. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking questions and listening to their needs. Maintain strong knowledge of new and used inventory, product offerings, and available technology features. Perform professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles. Follow up with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referral business. Learn to overcome objections and thrive in a competitive sales environment. Work closely with the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performance results. Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset every day. Efficiently close sales while properly computing the financial aspects of transactions. Consistently follow up after the sale to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. Provide excellent customer service at all times. Treat coworkers with respect and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
