We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Inside Sales Coordinator, to serve as the vital link between our Sales and Processing teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experience. You'll work alongside experienced Sales Professionals and Project Managers while developing expertise in a growing industry. What You'll Do Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate orders with manufacturers and suppliers. Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status and timelines. Support Sales and Processing teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review orders for accuracy and completeness to help achieve error-free installations. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. Learn and develop expertise in our window and door product offerings. Assist with customer care and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate across departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2-5 years of administrative, customer service, sales support, or coordination experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid Driver's License. Ability to commute to our orange office. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Experience with project management software, CRM systems, or ERP platforms.
