Support Good Sam's campground operation efforts by:
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review all orders and listing data for content, accuracy and completeness
- Effectively communicate with account managers, answering questions and providing assistance to ensure orders, listings and production details are submitted per company guidelines
- Resolve daily listing and ad validations
- Research and correct broken URL's weekly that are delivered through an Access database
- Update public park listings annually
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Assist in annual page proofing process
- Coordinate account manager sales and marketing materials
- Prepare and peer review Outside Service Agreements and ancillary forms for account managers annually
- Coordinate trade shows for account managers, inclusive of sales and marketing support
- Identify and share sales and marketing trends to Business Manager and Sales Managers
- Identify opportunities for streamlining sales activities Test applications and databases
- Test and validate digital, print and mobile app data, document errors and coordinate solutions to resolve changes to data to ensure information is presented accurately and as specified
- Assist in set up and testing of CAMP and sales databases that support the business Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to three years' work experience in a sales, marketing or business administration environment. Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent PC skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Professional including: Outlook, Excel, Access and Word
- Independent thinker and ability to demonstrate initiative in day-to-day work assignments
- Excellent grammar, spelling, math, and proofreading skills are required
- Punctuality and time management skills
- Ability to juggle & prioritize multiple tasks within a hectic & demanding work environment
- Willingness to put in more working hours when required General Compensation Disclosure The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.
Pay Range:
