This full-time, entry-level opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build client communication, customer engagement, and business sales experience while representing nationally recognized telecommunications clients. As a Client Sales Team Lead, you will meet directly with potential customers in person to discuss available telecommunications services, answer questions, and assist with new customer enrollments. Our team works face-to-face with residential customers to provide accurate information about internet, wireless, and connectivity solutions while delivering a positive customer experience. The Client Sales Team Lead is responsible for understanding and explaining client advertising and sales service to customers and assisting entry-level sales representatives in customer communications as well. This Client Sales Team Lead role offers hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and long-term advancement opportunities for motivated individuals who are interested in developing professional sales and leadership skills. No previous industry experience is required. We provide all the training needed for this entry-level position and to find confidence in the Client Sales Team Lead role.
