Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about automotive refinishing, enjoys helping customers find the right products for their needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Sales Rep, you'll be a key player in driving sales, maintaining client relationships, and representing our brand in the community.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with product selection based on project needs. Educate customers on paint products, equipment, tools, and application techniques. Generate new business through outbound calls, site visits, and referrals. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. Process sales transactions, prepare quotes, and follow up on open orders. Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Support merchandising and restocking efforts on the sales floor.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, paint, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a customer-first mindset. Basic knowledge of automotive paint systems is a plus (training provided). Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
