HVAC Counter Sales and Service Associate

• Sun Valley, CA Job Description The HVAC counter position performs all sales and operation functions at the store sales counter, including order processing, product application, pricing, etc.

This is an excellent opportunity for job seekers with experience in the air conditioning industry. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist customers with sales, questions on products and any other information. Learn and use all cross-reference materials to find alternate product if needed. Process orders and returns. Handle customers' phone sales and questions as you would at the counter. Process ship outs and will call orders. Clean, organize and stock showroom and counter area. Maintain cash drawer. Work well as a team player while following all Company Policy/Store Standards. Other Duties and Responsibilities Assist with warehouse duties. Attend training classes. Work on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED. Four to five years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination. Past experience will include customer service, sales and technical knowledge in

HVACR. HVACR

experience is preferred but not required. Other Skills and Abilities Intermediate computer skills. Organized and able to prioritize work. Good written and verbal communication skills.
