Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events to represent the company. Collect market intelligence, identify potential customers, and support sales and market development activities. Engage with customers and industry contacts at trade shows to present company products, explain general product features and applications, and gather customer inquiries and market feedback for follow-up by internal teams. Support post-event sales activities by documenting leads, customer inquiries, and market observations and coordinating follow-up with internal sales and customer service teams. Communicate product information, availability, standard specifications, and pricing structures to customers based on approved materials. Collect customer requirements, application needs, and market feedback for custom packaging sales projects. Participate in sales and market development projects by gathering market samples, customer input, and industry intelligence. Conduct market research and review customer demand trends to support sales planning and volume forecasting. Provide market and customer input to internal product development and research support teams for product planning purposes, without performing technical analysis or engineering decision-making. Assist in identifying customer demand expectations, projected order volumes, and delivery timelines to support internal planning discussions. Coordinate customer orders with internal sales, production, logistics, and customer service teams. Prepare quotations, sales orders, sales reports, and related documentation. Maintain customer records, sales data, and order status information. Support routine customer follow-up and ongoing sales coordination activities.
Pay:
$46,950.00 - $50,000.00 per year
