Job Description

The Corporate Retail Sales Coordinator is responsible for maximizing sales by providing personalized service while presenting unique gifts, awards, and apparel for private and corporate group customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide world class service for all private and corporate group guests. Work closely with Sales department, Group Reservations and Conference Services to ensure sales efforts are maximized and communication with groups is seamless. Work directly with Group Coordinators to sell and execute client packages. Provide timely ordering, receiving, packaging and delivery of all group orders. Provide accurate and attentive communication and meaningful follow-up with all group customers. Maintain communication logs for all clients. Complete and track all appropriate paperwork for merchandise transfers in compliance with Retail division policies & procedures. Process all sales and associated paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain detailed client information including corporate trademarks, logos, proper use guidelines, special orders, merchandise purchases, group preferences, and discounts given. Ensure group approval and track sign-off of all production and special orders. Work directly with vendors to source product for group orders. Assist with physical inventories and inventory reconciliation as directed. Comply with all Pebble Beach Company policies and procedures including health and safety. Know, model and integrate Pebble Beach Company culture (Mission, Values and Standards). Other duties assigned by manager.
Absolutely Required Skills:
College degree or equivalent experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain organized record keeping. Strong business math skills. Effective time management skills. Acute attention to detail. Strong sales and client relations skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Knowledge of Delphi, Next and POS. Minimum of two years customer service/sales experience. Valid California driver's license.
