Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a strong background in art framing or a related field. This role blends sales expertise with design sensibility, requiring a keen eye for detail and the ability to guide clients through custom framing solutions. The ideal candidate is both customer-focused and technically knowledgeable, organized, with a commitment to quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver an outstanding customer experience by assisting clients with custom framing solutions Drive sales through product knowledge, design recommendations, and relationship building Assist clients in selecting appropriate materials, moldings, and layouts that enhance and preserve artwork Apply knowledge of archival framing techniques to ensure museum-quality standards Accurately measure artwork and prepare detailed work orders Maintain showroom presentation and organization Collaborate with production staff to ensure client expectations are met Handle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines Checking in

Material Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in art framing, gallery, or design environment Strong design sense with an eye for color, proportion, and composition Knowledge of archival framing methods and materials preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Passion for art, design, and craftsmanship
