Outside Sales Representative•

Palm Desert, CA Pay:

$50,000•$115,000/year (base salary + uncapped commission — the better you are, the more you earn)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, full-time (no nights, no weekends unless you want to make more)

Essential services = consistent opportunity year-round What You'll Do Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and territory development Conduct property inspections and identify pest control needs Build and present customized service proposals to homeowners and businesses Close deals and own the full sales cycle from lead to service start Upsell additional services to maximize customer value and your commission Follow up on leads quickly and consistently to win business Partner with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction What Success Looks Like Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Respond to 95%+ of leads within 24 hours Maintain 98%+ accuracy in proposals and contracts Consistently drive new revenue through prospecting and upselling Resolve customer issues quickly with zero repeat escalations

Requirements:

What You'll Bring Valid driver's license with 5+ years of driving experience Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and closing skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

Preferred:

Previous outside sales or commission-based experience Experience in home services, pest control, or route-based industries
