Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and sales-driven Retail & Telecom Sales Associate to assist customers, process transactions, and actively sell mobile services, wireless plans, and retail products. This role includes hourly pay plus commission , offering both income stability and strong earning potential based on performance. Schedule (Preferred) Tuesday Wednesday Friday Additional shifts may be available based on store needs and performance. What You'll Do Assist walk-in customers with retail and telecom services Sell mobile phone plans, activations, upgrades, and related wireless services Process transactions at the sales counter Promote retail products and in-store services Build strong customer relationships for repeat business Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Support daily operations of a busy retail/telecom location Compensation Hourly pay (based on experience) Commission on telecom and retail sales Performance-based earning opportunities Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within
