Join our team as a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist and play a key role in growing our pre-owned inventory at one of the area's top franchise dealerships. Responsibilities Source and acquire quality pre-owned vehicles through KBB Instant Cash Offer (ICO), lease returns, digital ad campaigns, and street/private-party purchases Assist with evaluating and appraising vehicles accurately to ensure competitive and profitable acquisitions Engage with customers and prospective sellers throughout the acquisition process, delivering a professional and positive experience Work closely with the used car and sales management teams to align inventory with current market demand Track and manage leads from multiple acquisition channels, schedule customer appointments Qualifications Some automotive experience preferred (sales, appraisals, or used car operations a plus) OR Customer Service Experience, BDC or CRM knowledge Strong communication and negotiation skills using phones, text and email Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities A team player with a self-starter mentality Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Join us as a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to drive strategic sourcing initiatives that power our Used Car operations!
