Present and explain product features, specifications, and scientific applications to potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Develop and manage customer accounts within assigned territories. Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitive analysis. Prepare quotations, proposals, and product information packages for clients. Maintain regular communication with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
