What You'll Do:
Build relationships and create an exceptional experience for every customer. Guide clients through the vehicle selection, test drive, and financing process. Leverage training, tools, and technology to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Stay informed on vehicle specs, finance options, and dealership programs. Follow up with leads and existing clients using our state-of-the-art CRM system.What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred, but not necessary). Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Skills & Competencies:
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational habits and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions with professionalism. A team player with a customer-first mindset.Physical Requirements:
