Build an outbound function from zero at an agency that already has 40 warm leads a month and $15M annual revenue. Our client, a digital marketing agency, runs paid digital and lead generation for 50+ fitness and franchise brands: pacing 40% growth this year and on a path to double in two. You'll own Close 40 warm inbound leads a month from partners and referrals. Generate pipeline through cold outbound. There's no system for it today. Building that system is the job.
Own the outbound stack:
tools, cadences, sales process. Take the franchise playbook into adjacent verticals. You've spent at least 2+ years as an AE who has carried a number, or an SDR. You've generated pipeline before, ideally in digital marketing services, SaaS, or franchise brands. You want to own outbound as it takes shape. This role prospects and closes. Five days a week in office (North San Diego) for the first 60 days, then 3 to 4 days in office. You work with the CEO, who has built an eight-figure agency. Base plus commission; full structure, including the inbound and outbound split, discussed on the first call. Start your reply with a recent success your most proud of, your desired base and OTE.
