A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, vetting, and securing potential business opportunities and residential clients for Classic Fence Co. This role blends digital marketing with proactive outreach, tasking the specialist with creating engaging social media content, handling inbound digital inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to set up consultations. Schedule Monday - Friday. The company is closed for most major holidays.
Location:
In-office (Rancho Cordova).
Job Duties Nurture Inbound Leads:
Vet incoming leads we get from customers calling, Yelp requests, email, etc. Schedule qualified customers for fence estimates.
Prospect and Identify Leads:
Actively research and identify potential residential and commercial clients in need of fencing services. Examples of outreach could include calling HOAs, property managers, apartment complexes.
Social Media Management:
Create engaging organic content (photos of completed fence projects, customer testimonials, company updates) and post regularly across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Paid Advertising:
Use the social media content to run paid social media ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads) targeting local homeowners and commercial prospects to generate high-quality inbound leads.
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and update all lead data, interactions, and follow-ups within the company's CRM or database.
Brand Representation:
Strengthen and grow relationships with customers by providing stellar initial touchpoints and acting as the contact point between internal team members and clients.
Perform Other Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise identified. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Superb written and verbal communication skills with a confident, persuasive phone presence. Ability to spend hours on the phone on a daily basis. Computer savvy; Google and Microsoft experience, plus experience with CRM software. Proven success in digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, or inside sales. Experience creating social media content and a solid understanding of platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, etc.). Time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient functioning of schedules and office systems. Ability to work independently and productively while still keeping open communication with others. Regular attendance and timeliness. Preferences Bilingual English/Spanish Experience in the home improvement, construction, or contracting industry. Experience setting up, running, and analyzing paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Business Suite). Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and video editing for social media reels/shorts. Benefits Expected Compensation range $40k - $65k Base salary to start, with ability to earn commission for prospecting leads.
