About The Role:
This is not your typical sales job. You are not pushing a product — you are curating an experience. Every home is different. Every customer has a vision. Your job is to listen, inspire and deliver solutions that make them say "this is exactly what I wanted." As a Design Consultant you will be the face of Budget Blinds of The Inland Valley — meeting customers in their homes, bringing our showroom to their living room and closing sales that directly fuel your paycheck. We equip you with everything you need. You bring the passion and the drive.
What You Will Do:
Visit customers in their homes across our four territories — conducting in home design consultations that inspire, excite and close Bring your design eye to life — presenting custom solutions across our full line of blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, exterior shades and smart home window technology that wows every customer Measure windows accurately and manage orders with precision and care — ensuring every installation goes off without a hitch Own your customer relationships from the very first hello all the way through final installation and beyond — following up, checking in and turning every happy customer into your next referral Be a true growth partner for our business — great leads come from great consultants who think bigger than just their next appointment. Before or after appointments distribute door hangers in the neighborhood, leave yard signs at happy customer homes and watch new leads follow. During slower periods roll up your sleeves — attend home shows, network with interior designers and realtors, set up trade accounts and help spread the Budget Blinds of The Inland Valley name across the community. The phones ring because we all make them ring together! Collaborate closely with our installation team to deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience every single time

Unlimited Earning Potential 10% commission on all product sales — no cap, no ceiling, no limits. Commission is calculated on product sales excluding shipping, installation and sales tax. Top performers earn $100,000+ per year. Example — $100,000 in monthly product sales = $10,000 that month. The harder you work the bigger your paycheck. Simple as that. You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You:
✅ Have window treatment experience — a significant plus ✅ Have 2+ years of sales experience — if you can sell, we can teach you the rest ✅ Are charismatic, energetic and genuinely love connecting with people ✅ Have a passion for interior design and an eye for what makes a space beautiful ✅ Are self motivated, coachable and hungry to build something real ✅ Are tech savvy and comfortable with iPads, CRM tools and digital ordering ✅ Are comfortable conducting in home measurements including use of a ladder ✅ Are a team player who understands that individual success and team success go hand in hand ✅ Have a clean driving record — background check required

Compensation:
100% Commission — 10% of product sales only, excluding shipping, installation and sales tax — uncapped Average first year earnings $50,000 — $80,000 Top performers earn $100,000 — $120,000+ $1,500 signing bonus after 90 days Annual profit sharing bonus — because when the company wins, the team wins
