In this role you will canvass assigned neighborhoods, present our products/services, and close sales on-site. This is a commission-driven position with unlimited earning potential.

Compensation:

20% commission on all sales (uncapped) Additional performance bonuses and tiered incentives Weekly or biweekly pay options

Key Responsibilities:

Canvass assigned territory and generate leads through door-to-door outreach Qualify prospects, present product/service benefits, and close sales in person Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics Enter and maintain accurate lead and sales data in company CRM Provide timely follow-up and excellent customer service Attend training, team meetings, and coaching sessions Follow company policies, local solicitation laws, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience preferred (door-to-door, field, or direct sales a plus) Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven Comfortable walking, working outdoors, and handling rejection Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Smartphone and ability to use mobile CRM/apps Eligible to work in the U.S.; background checks may be required
