The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing relationships with clients, managing accounts, and executing effective sales strategies. This role requires a blend of technical sales expertise and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential customers. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective territory management. Conduct cold calling to identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. Collaborate with the sales management team to create strategies for increasing market share and achieving sales targets. Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our offerings. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system. Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand professional networks. Experience Proven experience in technical sales or a related field is preferred. Strong background in inside sales, account management, or B2B sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with retail sales techniques and territory management practices will be an advantage. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts effectively while meeting deadlines.
