We're seeking a Sales Lead who not only shines on the sales floor but also brings strong organizational skills to support our behind‑the‑scenes operations. Position Summary The Sales Lead & Administrative Coordinator plays a dual role: leading customer experience and store operations while also supporting essential administrative tasks. This includes managing internal calendars, coordinating wholesale shipments, maintaining documentation, and helping streamline communication across the team. Key Responsibilities Customer Experience & Sales Leadership Deliver warm, knowledgeable, sustainability‑aligned customer service. Educate customers on refill processes, eco‑friendly products, and zero‑waste practices. Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring strong product knowledge and engagement. Support assistant manager in holding high standards of operations Support merchandising, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain and update internal calendars, including employee birthdays, anniversaries, trainings, and key store dates. Prepare weekly or monthly internal reminders for the team. Assist with scheduling, shift swaps, and communication of schedule updates. Track and organize digital files, invoices, packing slips, and vendor documents. Support inventory management by updating spreadsheets, tracking low‑stock items, and assisting with ordering. Help maintain compliance documentation (SDS sheets, refill logs, safety checklists). Assist with social media content planning by gathering product info, photos, or promotions (optional depending on candidate). Wholesale & Shipping Coordination Prepare wholesale orders, including picking, packing, labeling, and verifying accuracy. Communicate with wholesale clients regarding order status, shipping timelines, and tracking information. Coordinate with carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.) for pickups and shipments. Maintain wholesale inventory counts and restock alerts. Keep wholesale documentation organized and up to date. Qualifications 1-2 years of retail experience; leadership or admin experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills and comfort with calendars, spreadsheets, and digital tools. Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Passion for sustainability and eco‑friendly living. Ability to multitask and shift between customer‑facing and administrative work.
