Entry Level Team Lead

Fresno Business Solutions is a dynamic and fast-growing business sales solutions company that is committed to providing exceptional products and services to businesses throughout the Fresno area. We are looking to bring on an Entry Level Team Lead member who will be able to lead our customer service, sales, and telecommunication products to new heights. As an Entry Level Team Lead member, you will play a crucial role in our management team, assisting in overseeing daily sales orders, leading and motivating a team, and ensuring that customers receive excellent service at all times. The Entry Level Team Lead member will gain exposure to many different departments and contribute to all aspects of business acquisitions. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Team Lead member!

Entry Level Team Lead Responsibilities:

Participate in learning how to oversee daily operations, which includes working with local businesses and business owners, processing sales orders, managing accounts, building customer relationships, and following the entire sales process until the customer is satisfied and has their order Track and monitor team and individual performance, ensuring that company targets are being met while identifying areas for improvement Work with the sales team to increase sales in the Fresno area and support local businesses with their new devices and internets Company to all quality and metric strategies to keep the sales process seamless Build relationships with business partners and customers for potential future business

Entry Level Team Lead Qualifications:

Previous experience in management roles and/or in customer service or sales is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work well with diverse groups of people Humble individuals looking to start off in an entry level role and grow within a company Solution oriented individuals able to problem-solve quickly and effectively

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
