Direct experience working with an Automotive Sales team is a huge plus. The Sales Person Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $19.18 and $19.18. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle all incoming leads within a "start-to-finish" sales process Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication; phone, email, text or in person Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase Complete quotes and explain all finance and lease options Build strong rapport with customers Learn to overcome objectives, close sales and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance to company standards Report to sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses Work with the Internet team to ensure that all leads are handled in a timely and professional manner Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of Ford & Kia vehicles and technology Maintain superior customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Possess strong communication and internet skills Outgoing with a friendly personality, specially while handling objections and negotiating pricing Quality customer service skills Clean and valid CA driver's license Submit to pre-employment screening and background check
