Position Overview SensaPay is expanding in the Riverside & San Bernardino, CA markets and seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive new business growth. This is a hybrid sales role focused on building relationships with local business owners, owning a defined territory, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and activation. //www.trustpilot.com/review/sensapay.com Upward mobility and growth opportunities long term Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a designated territory within the greater Riverside & San Bernardino, CA markets (Island Empire) Generate new business through in-person prospecting, referrals, networking, cold-calls, and other creative ways of outreach Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners to assess needs and present solutions Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing, installation coordination, and onboarding Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and account growth Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity within CRM systems Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer experience Qualifications 1-2+ years of B2B or field sales experience selling in this market (Payment or POS sales experience is a plus) Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses; restaurant, retail, or service industry is also a plus Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory and priorities independently Comfortable learning and presenting technology-based solutions Compensation This is a 1099 commission-based role designed to reward both new business development and long-term account growth.
