Job Description

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives both on the road and on the phone? ProComm360 is a fast-growing provider of custom business systems, POS solutions, payment processing, marketing strategies, and SaaS tools designed to help companies streamline operations, boost efficiency, and scale successfully. We're looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team.
What You'll Do:
On the road : Conduct in-person sales visits and meetings with local businesses Inside sales : Make outbound prospecting calls, qualify leads, and close deals over the phone Run targeted email campaigns and follow-ups to generate and nurture leads Consult with clients to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions (payment processing, POS systems, marketing automation, custom business platforms, etc.) Close deals and build long-term client relationships Hit and exceed sales targets with strong marketing support
Compensation:
$20 per hour base (safety net / guarantee) if commission targets are not met Uncapped commission with high earning potential (top performers regularly exceed $60k-$80k+ annually) Gas reimbursement for all business-related travel Full training and ongoing support provided
What We're Looking For:
1-3+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred, especially in tech, payments, POS, SaaS, or business services) Comfortable with both field sales (on the road) and inside sales (phone + email) Self-motivated with strong communication and closing skills Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Passionate about helping businesses grow Why Join ProComm360?
