Enoven is a premier work truck body manufacturer and up‑fitter, delivering both standard and highly customized solutions across the West Coast. The PSC serves as the central communication hub between customers, sales, and plant operations. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth, accurate, and consistent experience from order intake through production, delivery, and follow‑up. What You'll Do Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Manage orders from intake to completion, ensuring accuracy and timely processing Coordinate closely with Sales and Production to align customer expectations with plant capacity Communicate scheduling updates, chassis availability, and production status to customers Support retail parts sales in coordination with Purchasing Generate Invoices and manage plants accounts receivables process Participate in weekly production meetings and provide real‑time job status updates Coordinate delivery and pickup scheduling with logistics to meet deadlines Serve as the "voice of the customer" within the plant and help proactively resolve issues What We're Looking For 2-4 years of customer service, coordination, or administrative experience Strong communication skills and a professional, customer‑first approach Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and problem‑solving ability Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively Basic experience with order systems, spreadsheets, and general office software Typing proficiency (~50 WPM preferred) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience + bonus potential Competitive benefits package Stable, full‑time schedule (Monday-Friday, day shift) Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company Team‑oriented environment focused on quality and continuous improvement If you enjoy being at the center of operations, solving problems, and ensuring customers have a great experience from start to finish, we encourage you to apply.
