The District Office of Joshua Sharp is seeking high-performing professionals who are motivated by results, enjoy helping others succeed, and want to expand their skills beyond individual sales production. This full-time opportunity combines consultative selling with mentorship, business development, and leadership exposure. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to strengthen your sales expertise while gaining insight into coaching, client retention, and growth strategies aligning with future agency ownership. No insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive onboarding, product training, sales coaching, and support for obtaining the required licenses. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Identify coverage needs and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance solutions Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, outreach, and community engagement Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects, appointments, and follow-up activities Utilize proven sales systems, communication strategies, and objection-handling techniques Collaborate with leadership on business development initiatives and client retention strategies Share best practices and support team success through collaboration and mentorship Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement What We Offer Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities Monday-Friday schedule Comprehensive training and ongoing sales coaching Support for obtaining Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses Career growth and professional development opportunities Hands-on exposure to leadership, business strategy, and team development The support and resources of a nationally recognized insurance brand What We're Looking For Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or leadership preferred Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills Goal-oriented with a high level of accountability and initiative Confident engaging with new people and building long-term relationships Coachable and open to feedback Motivated by performance and continuous improvement Interest in expanding responsibilities and developing leadership skills Ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses, if required About the District Office of Joshua Sharp Our team is committed to helping professionals elevate their careers through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world business experience.
