Modern office setting Equipped Employee Dining Area Our company is seeking some Project/Sales Coordinator to help and support our fast-paced and growing business in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of our product line and display approach, and a passion to makeup and skincare trend. The successful Project/Sales Coordinator will be reliable, detail-oriented and efficient who wants to work in a competitive Beauty industry where excellence, creativity and productivity are valued. Responsibilities (Include but not limit to): Work on order placement and scheduling. Work closely with vendors and retail staff to inspect merchandise upon receipt and point out imperfections or incorrection. Ensure complete technical information for new items to software. Work on full life cycle of brand launch in client's retail store including but not limit to the following; acrylic cassette set-up, testers and merchandises' filling, LED lights setting, paper displays set-up. Business travel required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Great communication skills Legal work status in the US Legal to drive Bilingual in English and Japanese or Mandarin (a plus) Experience in beauty industry(a plus) Able to file tax, not supporting

OPT Salary:

For full time, it's starting from $3000/month (during probation) + bonus, DOE. travel cost like transportation and accommodation would be reimbursed.
