Job Description

NorCal Growth Partners works directly with major telecommunications clients, including Verizon Wireless, to help expand customer acquisition and strengthen brand visibility throughout Sacramento, CA. We're currently hiring a full-time Business Development Associate to support customer outreach, Verizon promotions, and live sales initiatives across the Sacramento market. This entry level Business Development Associate role combines direct customer interaction with hands-on exposure to business development, leadership training, and sales strategy. As a Business Development Associate, you'll spend time learning how customer engagement, communication, and day-to-day sales operations contribute to long-term business growth.
