We are seeking a motivated field sales professional to develop referral partnerships throughout the RV industry and generate qualified roofing opportunities. About the Role This is not a traditional direct-sales role. Instead of selling directly to RV owners, you'll build relationships with businesses that regularly encounter customers with RV roof problems and refer those customers to our company. We provide marketing materials, flyers, business cards, pricing guidelines, basic product training, and ongoing support to help you succeed. How You Can Generate Opportunities Identify potential referral partners in your territory Visit local businesses and build relationships Introduce our referral partnership program Connect RV owners with our company when roof-related needs arise Develop long-term referral relationships Grow a network that consistently generates qualified opportunities Potential Referral Partners RV service centers and repair shops Mobile RV technicians RV dealerships RV parks and campgrounds RV storage facilities Warranty service providers RV rental and fleet operators Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor. 100% Commission-Based Earn 10% commission on completed and paid projects generated through your referral network Earn 15% commission when monthly performance goals are achieved Unlimited earning potential Flexible schedule Territory ownership Ideal Background Experience in one or more of the following: Roofing or construction sales Restoration sales RV dealerships or RV service Outside sales B2B sales Business development Referral partnerships Requirements Reliable transportation Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and independent Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting Application Question This is a 100% commission-based 1099 contractor position with no salary or hourly pay.
