Outside Sales Representative:
Uncapped Income. Real Relationships. Proven Process.
Compensation:

Ontario Refrigeration Service is celebrating over 65 years as California's premier HVAC service provider—and we're growing fast. We're looking for an ambitious, disciplined Outside Sales Consultant/ Sales Representative who is ready to be in the field every day, meeting commercial property decision-makers, building trust, and closing long-term service agreements. What You'll Be Doing Expectations:
Prospecting in person at existing commercial buildings Calling on & visiting building owners, property managers, and facility managers Starting conversations, opening doors, and building long-term relationships Designing and presenting cost-effective HVAC maintenance programs Closing annual service agreements Managing your pipeline and activity in Salesforce Working closely with operations to deliver legendary customer service Continuously sharpening your sales skills and HVAC knowledge This role requires comfort with door-to-door prospecting , persistence, and confidence. Success here comes from showing up, following the process, and doing the work.
