Job Description

Maita Toyota has an immediate opening for experienced Automotive Internet Sales Manager An automotive Internet Sales Manager (ISM) oversees a dealership's digital sales department. They drive revenue by responding to online leads, managing inventory listings, and converting digital inquiries into showroom appointments. They focus heavily on speedy response times, transparent pricing, and digital customer relationship management (CRM).
Core Responsibilities Lead Management:
Responding to emails, texts, and chat inquiries generated by the dealership's website and third-party listing sites.
Appointment Setting:
Moving online customers from a digital conversation to an in-person test drive or virtual appointment.
Inventory & Advertising:
Ensuring online vehicle listings are accurate, priced competitively, and contain high-quality photos.
CRM Utilization:
Tracking customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using specialized dealership software.
Typical Qualifications Experience:
2-5+ years in auto sales, or digital lead generation.
Soft Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette, strong written communication, and the ability to build rapport digitally.
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with automotive CRM systems, inventory management tools (like CDK ), and digital marketing analytics.
