Maintain and manage a detailed sales pipeline to forecast closures. Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust funnel. Adhere to company policies and maintain ethical selling practices. Provide timely, data-driven updates on performance and activity. Develop product and industry knowledge to inform consultative selling. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data integrity. Forecast weekly and monthly results to support growth planning. Collaborate with team to align on strategy and share best practices. Navigate and respond to customer objections with a solution-focused approach. Participate in on-site client meetings and presentations when required. Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to take on stretch assignments. Experience/Qualifications Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets in a defined territory. Maintain a detailed, up-to-date sales pipeline with forecast accuracy. Strong lead qualification, prospecting, and nurture skills across channels. Solid product and industry knowledge to enable consultative selling. Accurate CRM data entry and data integrity across accounts. Ethical selling and strict adherence to company policies. Data-driven performance updates and timely activity reporting. Weekly/monthly forecasting aligned with growth planning. Strong objection handling with solution-focused responses. Collaborative mindset with team to share strategies and best practices. Willingness to participate in on-site client meetings and presentations. Adaptability and readiness to take stretch assignments. Self-motivated with a growth mindset aligned to merit-based rewards.
