In this role, you will work directly with customers, provide product information, and support daily sales operations in a professional setting. This position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work toward established goals. You will receive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in the sales role. Responsibilities Greet customers in a retail setting and provide professional assistance. Identify customer needs by asking questions and listening carefully. Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and available services. Assist customers with purchases, upgrades, and account-related questions. Process transactions accurately and follow company procedures. Enter and update customer information in the company system as needed. Maintain an organized and clean retail environment. Work toward established sales goals while maintaining a positive customer experience. Stay informed about current product offerings and promotions. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Qualifications Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong verbal communication skills in English. Comfortable working directly with customers in a retail environment. Ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Basic computer skills for processing transactions and updating customer information. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible availability, including weekends.
