WeatherTech Raceway is looking for you! Our Ticket Sales representative is crucial to the success of our events. In this position, you will serve guests by providing information, resolving problems, answering questions, and increasing sales for events and camping. Assists in taking orders, processing returns, and helping the guests understand the event product and answer questions regarding their camping reservations. This position will work in the Tickets Office and entry booth station as needed. Will also be tasked with working in our camping and satellite offices throughout facility during major events. This is a seasonal position thru our race season.
II. JOB TASKS
  • Answer telephones.
  • Performs all administrative and compliance duties.
  • Provides customer service to include taking orders and answering phone/email inquiries for events and camping.
  • Helps with the processes and procedures for Tickets and Camping.
  • Proof and stock materials (maps and updated directions etc.), assemble packets.
  • Other assignments as directed by Tickets & Accommodations Manager, such as printing tickets from ticket request forms, responding to the radio during event weekends, and conducting campground inspections.
III. POSITION SPECIFICATIONS A.
Minimum Education
  • Associate Arts (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or certificate program. B. Minimum Experience
  • One to two years of experience in customer service or related profession. C. Skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher.
  • Ability to learn ticketing systems
  • Ability to handle heavy multi-line phones
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor I.T. issues in the Ticket Office
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and compile reports.
  • Ability to produce accurate detail-oriented work.
  • Good time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.

From $22.00 per hour
