Based out of our San Bernardino facility, this position is primarily outside sales, meaning you'll be out in the field visiting diesel truck shops, repair facilities, fleets, and other potential customers throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas to build relationships and generate new business. This is not an inside sales position. Successful candidates will be comfortable visiting businesses, building relationships in person, and actively pursuing new accounts. We're looking for someone who is confident talking to people, enjoys sales, and isn't afraid to introduce themselves to new customers. If you're the type of person who can walk into a shop, start a conversation, and earn a customer's trust, we'd like to meet you. Requirements Fluent in both Spanish and English (required) Previous sales experience (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Computer proficiency, including email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and general business software Strong writing and professional communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in the diesel, trucking, automotive, or heavy-duty industry Knowledge of diesel truck parts such as injectors, turbos, and other engine components A degree is preferred but not required. Candidates with extensive sales experience and a proven track record of success are strongly encouraged to apply. Don't know every diesel part? That's okay. We can teach the products.
