Job Description

Job Title:
Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant Diamond Chevrolet of San Bernardino is looking to add experienced sales professionals to our team. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for individuals who understand the sales process, can build value, handle objections, and move customers from inquiry to purchase.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic Make consistent outbound calls and follow-ups daily to generate and close opportunities Respond to leads quickly via phone, text, and email Conduct needs assessments and vehicle presentations Demonstrate vehicles and build value Work numbers with management and close deals Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow-up
Requirements:
Previous automotive sales experience Strong communication and closing skills Ability to handle objections and control the sales process Consistent follow-up habits and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience using a CRM (CDK, eLeads, VinSolutions, etc.)

$60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
