Full Job Description Job Description:
Diamond Chevrolet of San Bernardino is looking to add 2 experienced BDC Representatives to our team. This role is focused strictly on handling internet leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments. You will not be selling vehicles — your job is to generate consistent, high-quality appointments for the sales team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for individuals with prior automotive BDC experience who know how to manage leads, control conversations, and drive customers into the store and are highly motivated to make phone call and set-up appointments.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound internet leads quickly and consistently Make high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily Set and confirm appointments Follow up on missed appointments and unsold customers Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity Work directly with management to improve conversion Requirements (NON-NEGOTIABLE): Previous automotive BDC experience Comfortable making 80-120 calls per day Strong phone presence and ability to control conversations Proven track record of setting appointments Consistent follow-up habits and strong work ethic Experience working in a CRM (CDK, eLeads, VinSolutions, etc.)
Preferred:
