Automotive Sales / Used Car Dealership / Auto Finance Job Summary Siry Auto is looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Salesperson / Used Car Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team in San Diego. We are a family-owned used car dealership serving San Diego County since 1999, with a strong local reputation for helping customers find quality pre-owned cars, trucks, SUVs, luxury vehicles, gas savers, and affordable financing options. This position is ideal for someone with experience in automotive sales, retail sales, customer service, finance, BDC, internet leads, phone sales, or commission-based sales . We are looking for a driven individual who can follow up with leads, assist walk-in customers, present vehicles professionally, help customers through the buying process, and provide a high-quality dealership experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Responsibilities As an Automotive Salesperson at Siry Auto, your responsibilities will include: Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and respectful manner Help customers select the right used car, truck, SUV, luxury vehicle, or gas-saving vehicle based on their needs and budget Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, text inquiries, and walk-in customers Follow up with potential buyers through phone, text, email, CRM, and dealership systems Present vehicle features, benefits, pricing, financing options, and trade-in opportunities Conduct vehicle walkarounds and assist with test drives Help customers complete the sales process from initial contact to delivery Work with management and finance to help customers with credit applications and approvals Maintain strong product knowledge of our used vehicle inventory Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business Keep accurate notes and follow-up records in the CRM Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Support dealership goals for sales volume, customer satisfaction, and lead conversion Qualifications The ideal candidate should have: Automotive sales experience preferred, but not required Sales, customer service, retail, finance, BDC, or phone sales experience is a plus Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to work with customers from different backgrounds and credit situations Professional attitude and strong work ethic Comfortable using phones, texting, email, CRM systems, and online lead tools Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Must be dependable, coachable, and motivated to succeed What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is hungry, reliable, and serious about building a career in automotive sales.
