Ontario Refrigeration is the West's premier Commercial HVAC provider. With ten growing offices serving California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Texas, Ontario Refrigeration strives to provide exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Project Sales Professional in San Diego, CA to serve our large customer base. This critical role is responsible for driving sales initiatives from inception to completion, emphasizing customer engagement and satisfaction throughout the process. Key duties involve responding to opportunities from our customer base, crafting compelling proposals, and managing client projects to ensure profitability and target achievement.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate project sales proposals in the commercial HVAC sector. Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals to both new and existing clients, securing profitable projects. Foster and expand client relationships through diligent networking and follow-up activities. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring client specifications are met and satisfaction is achieved. Anticipate customer needs and develop robust, long-term relationships focused on service excellence. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and profit goals. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication throughout all project stages. Work closing with engineering and technical teams to align project execution with client requirements. Stay informed about market trends, industry development, and competitive dynamics, reporting insights to management.
Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and a proven track record in project sales. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing sales targets and deadlines. Strong sales acumen with a history of successfully prospecting and acquiring new customers. Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team. Valid driver's license and good driving record. Must be local to San Diego, CA with a stable and demonstrated work history in the commercial HVAC industry.
